I am a licensed Life and Health agent in good standing with Arizona State Board of Insurance. My experience dates back to 1972, when I worked for several Life and Health Insurance companies in the Phoenix area. My career has led me to Texas and California to raise a family. In 2006 we moved back to Arizona for our golden years. Since then, I have focused on the Senior Market. As a Senior myself, my passion is to help others obtain the best products and services, ones that I would use myself. I do that by keeping myself up to date on the Health Care industry and specifically Medicare. I share my knowledge by educating and informing people so they can make the best decisions for their personal situation.

My son Joe joined me in the business in 2023. He comes from a background in corporate sales and marketing. He has the same philosophy; the customer comes first. In only his second year, he was the top agent for our FMO National Agency; Pellegrini and Associates.

We are required as agents to be certified annually
Licensed with the states we serve and in good standing
We must have Professional Errors and Omissions Insurance
Including National Testing I.e., AHIP
Individual Certifications with each Carrier we represent
Pass various tests and Legal Compliance with passing grades from 85% to 100%
We must have our own Code of Conduct and abide by strict guidelines when selling Medicare products
 
I believe we fall under the NAICS Code 524210 Insurance Agencies and Brokerages.
 
Unlike some other Insurance brokers who sell Auto, Home and Life policies, we strictly adhere to Medicare Sales and associated products. I.e. Dental Vison and Hearing, Home Health Care, Over The Counter Benefits and Food programs for those who are Lower income and may qualify for AHCCCS or State of Arizona Medicaid.
